2. Nature of Artisanal Food Products
All products offered by BY CHEF SARA are handcrafted food items prepared fresh in small batches without artificial preservatives. Natural variations in color, texture, shape, and appearance between batches are customary.
3. All Sales Final (No Returns & No Refunds)
All food sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refund requests once an order has been prepared or dispatched.
4. Transit Damage & Verification Policy
You must report any visible damage within two (2) hours of confirmed delivery via WhatsApp or email at [email protected] with high-resolution photographic evidence.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Security Deposits
Orders placed under Cash on Delivery (COD) may require a non-refundable security deposit at checkout to cover preparation and packaging.
6. Pricing, Currency & Availability
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable by UAE law.
7. Delivery & Recipient Availability
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates. The customer is solely responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.
